Install Launch Detection Issues

Install Cryptonic Pro

One-time setup for the loader and driver.

Run the EXE as Administrator and reboot once so the Cryptonic driver can install correctly. Every launch after that is instant.

Download

Log into your dashboard and click Download.

Run the installer

Right-click the EXE and choose Run as Administrator so Windows can install the required driver.

Restart once

Reboot when prompted. This one restart is required for the driver to load properly.

Activate your key

Enter the license key shown in your dashboard. After activation, the loader saves it so you do not need to enter it again.

License key format: CRPT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

First launch

What to expect after the reboot and how the loader behaves.

  • Cryptonic should auto-launch from the startup entry after Windows loads.
  • If it does not appear, reopen the loader manually.
  • The loader performs a version check every time it opens.
  • When the loader is open, you have around 10 seconds before it closes itself.

Operator detection

If operator detection is not lining up correctly, use this quick checklist first.

  • Keep Display HUD at 100%.
  • Load Config, not Config Editor.
  • Open Globals and click Import Settings From Siege in the bottom-left corner.

Use Cryptonic Lite

Lite works best when the in-game HUD steps match the recommended setup.

  • Download the Lite build .
  • Keep Display HUD scaling at 100%.
  • Inside Detection -> Aspect set it to Manual and match it what you have in-game.
  • Inside CFG Loaction OPEN DIR will open folder for your Configs.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and the fastest fix for each one.

"Cryptonic driver not found"

The installer did not finish correctly. Re-run the EXE as Administrator and reboot when prompted.

"HWID mismatch"

Your license is tied to different hardware. Submit an HWID reset request from the dashboard if you changed machines or major components.

"License expired"

Your subscription ended. Purchase a new plan from the dashboard to restore access immediately.

"License key invalid"

Copy the key directly from your dashboard and confirm it matches the expected format to avoid typing mistakes.

HWID reset

Use this if your license suddenly stops authenticating after major hardware or Windows changes.

  • Each license is tied to one machine at a time.
  • Replacing your motherboard, moving to a new PC, or reinstalling Windows on a new drive can change your HWID.
  • Open the dashboard, go to HWID Reset, add the reason, and submit the request.
  • Reset requests are reviewed manually and are usually approved within 24 hours.

If the guide does not solve it, reach out through Discord with enough detail for support to reproduce the problem quickly.

Include your Discord username, the exact error message, and any screenshots that show what failed. That usually removes the extra back-and-forth.
